LexClerk AI is built on a strict privacy-by-design approach. Voice recordings and generated transcripts are automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours of creation.

No data is archived, logged, or retained beyond this period under any circumstances.

User data is never used for AI model training, fine-tuning, analytics profiling, or behavioral analysis.

LexClerk AI does not share, sell, rent, or disclose user data to third parties, institutions, or governmental bodies unless legally required by a valid court order.

LexClerk AI provides AI-assisted transcription and review services and does not guarantee factual, legal, or procedural accuracy.

AI-generated outputs may contain omissions or hallucinations and must always be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before reliance or submission to any authority.

Industry-standard technical and organizational security measures are implemented, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure access controls, and routine security audits.

Despite these safeguards, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
